Short and readable
- What a stake buys
- A stake is a payment toward your position on one card. While your total stake on that card is the highest, the card displays your listing and links to your site. Positions change whenever someone stakes more.
- Payments are final and non-refundable
- Stakes are not refunded for any reason: not when you are outbid, not when you change your mind, and not when a listing is removed for breaking the rules. If a payment failed or was charged twice, email hello@rojanacharya.com.
- Listings we remove
- We remove listings that are illegal, deceptive, sexually explicit, hateful, or that link to malware, phishing or sites that do not belong to the payer. Removed listings are not refunded.
- Clicks and visits
- Counts are best-effort. We filter bots and repeat clicks, and we may adjust counts we believe were inflated. Counts are not a guarantee of traffic.
- Payments
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments under its own terms. We store the amount, your email, the listing you submitted and a hashed identifier for fraud prevention. We never store card numbers.
- Refunds and chargebacks
- A refund or chargeback removes the stake it paid for. Repeated chargebacks lead to a ban.
- Changes
- We can change pricing rules, the number of cards or these terms. Existing stakes keep their rank under the new rules.
